Welcome to Forum

Forum is a community hub for Roblox players to connect, share, and discuss. By creating an account or using Forum in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Forum.

1.Who Can Use Forum

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forum. This mirrors the minimum age requirement set by Roblox and aligns with applicable laws regarding online services for minors.

If you are under the age of majority in your country (typically 18), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using Forum, you confirm that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement.
• You have the right and authority to agree to these Terms.
• Your use of Forum complies with any laws applicable to you.

2.Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. This includes keeping your password secure and not sharing access with others.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your account credentials private.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

3.Your Content

Forum allows you to post, share, comment, and interact with content ("Content"). You retain ownership of Content you create. However, by posting Content on Forum, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that Content as part of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for your Content. By posting, you confirm that:

• You have the rights to share it.
• It does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• It complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for Content posted by users.

4.Community Rules

Forum is built around the Roblox community, and we expect conduct that reflects that spirit. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment and hate speech — targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including content related to illegal activities.
• Spam and manipulation — flooding the platform with repetitive posts, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or attempts to game engagement metrics.
• Misinformation — deliberately spreading false information that could deceive or harm others.
• Privacy violations — sharing personal information about others without their consent (doxxing).
• Harmful content — content that promotes, encourages, or provides instruction for self-harm, suicide, or violence.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
• Exploits and cheating — sharing or promoting Roblox exploits, hacks, or cheats.
• NSFW content — Forum is accessible to users as young as 13. Explicit sexual or graphic violent content is not permitted.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these rules at our discretion.

5.Roblox-Related Content

Forum is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. References to Roblox, its games, or its platform are for community discussion purposes only.

When sharing Roblox-related content, you must not:

• Violate Roblox's own Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Share or promote content that would get a Roblox game or account banned.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Roblox Corporation or any Roblox developer.

6.Enforcement

We take our community rules seriously. If you violate these Terms, we may take action including but not limited to:

• Removing or hiding your Content.
• Issuing a warning.
• Temporarily suspending your account.
• Permanently banning your account.

Where possible, we will notify you of enforcement actions and the reason for them. You may appeal decisions by contacting us through our designated support channel. We are not obligated to restore content or accounts found to be in violation.

7.Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse Forum's infrastructure or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited technical conduct includes:

• Scraping or automated data collection without our written permission.
• Attempting to access non-public areas of Forum's systems.
• Probing, scanning, or testing for security vulnerabilities.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Forum.

Violations may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

8.Intellectual Property

All original Forum branding, design, software, and other non-user content is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without our express written consent.

Feedback and suggestions you provide about Forum are appreciated and may be used by us freely, without any obligation or compensation to you.

9.Third-Party Links and Services

Forum may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Roblox. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

10.Disclaimers

Forum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness of Forum for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

• Content posted by other users.
• Any interruptions, errors, or downtime.
• Loss of data or content.
• Harm arising from your use of or inability to use Forum.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forum and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us (if any) in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Termination

You may stop using Forum at any time by deactivating your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or reputational risk for Forum, or engaged in prolonged inactivity. Where required by law, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or after taking action.

Certain sections of these Terms survive termination, including Sections 3, 8, 10, and 11.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of Forum after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forum operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Forum shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
